Plan tomorrow, one hour at a time
Drag a square onto an hour — or tap it, then tap the hour.
Archiving keeps an activity on the days you already planned with it.
These are planned hours, not a record of what happened. An hour with a main activity and a parallel one counts a full hour to each, so the column totals add up to more than the hours in the day — that is why main and parallel are shown apart.
Blocks that repeat. A day you have not planned yet opens with these already filled in; once you change anything on that day it becomes yours, so editing a routine reshapes future days and leaves plans you have already made alone.
A routine only fills hours that are still empty — it never overwrites something you put there.
Hours a week you want to put into each activity. These are standing targets — set them once and every week measures against them.
Leave a target empty for anything you do not want to track.
